This location is terrible. They called to confirm my appointment, which I did. When I called back a few days later to verify the time they told me my appointment was cancelled and they’re not taking new patients (even though I had this appointment for a month). They never told me my appointment was cancelled and I would have showed up for the visit unless I called. How could you not tell someone you cancelled their appointment? I had already taken off from work. My dog needed her next round of shots and they basically told me that it’s not their problem. The receptionist Melissa is a horrible person and should not be doing this job. She hung up on me multiple times and was completely rude instead of trying to fix the issue they caused. I have seen other bad reviews about her yet they do nothing to actually fix things. I called this location multiple times to speak with the manager and was told she would call me the next day each time I called. It is now weeks later and I still haven’t heard anything. Banfield will not be getting my business and I will make sure to tell anyone that asks to not give them business as well.

My baby, Bitsy, a Maltese. She passed away on 4/12/20. They took her body from me gently and comforted me. They understood how much she meant to me. I'm a senior & she was more than my friend she was my baby. Thank you Banfield and staff for being so caring and understanding.
It was an excellent decision for me to use Banfield as the veterinary hospital for my cat, Pumpkin. I want to thank the wonderful staff who answer the phones, give info. about the hospital and individual pets, make appts., do check-ins and checkouts, and basically keep the office running. Each vet tech and vet takes the time to explain the medical situation, possible ways to deal with the situation, and answer any questions I might have. This is at the office and through phone calls. The thoroughness, patience, and kindness shown to me and Pumpkin, mean so much and is appreciated. I don't want to leave anyone out of the review by mistake, so I'm not mentioning anyone specifically. Financially, I am able to get the care that Pumpkin needs. For a monthly amount, I get unlimited office visits, regular check-ups, tests, vaccines, and the ability to bring her in for any concerns that might arise. Thank you Banfield!
We have been customers for years but it’s always a battle with the receptionists. The young woman Melissa (and the guy) at the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional and it seems that they find joy in the way they behave. They treat customers like pigs and have zero customer service skills. They act as if they pay the customers to come there and as if they are doing you a favor by taking care of your pet. If management doesn’t take action and get rid of these two people that don’t belong anywhere in an environment where care and customer service should be at the highest standard, we will no longer be customers at this hospital. They are creating a very poor culture at this place.
I wouldn't trust my dog to anyone else. Love the staff and the Vet docs..
