Should hire more motivated individuals willing to help customers. I shop at this store at least once a week. xxx spent weekly on my family. Yaitza the cashier managed to ring a few extras items Took about 45 minutes to review receipt and resolve issue. Didn’t apologize or anything very rude attitude. Burlington you can do better!!!

I'm not really a big fan of Burlington, but unlike some other stores they actually have good quality products and price are usually reasonable.. but nothing special about this place.. it just doesn't do it for me. . Would I recommend this place to someone, I'm not sure.. but if you on a hurry, not a bad place to visit..

Everytime I go to this location there is always an item missing that I paid for or they always charge for an extra item!! So before you leave the mall double check your receipt even if you see them scan all of your items make sure they didn't put any hidden charge!! Happened to me 4 times already!!

Store is full with many people only two cashiers and a line wrapping around the store. I found the one thing I wanted to buy and decided to leave because the line was so long

I feel like a place like this could benefit from a lane for people with 5-10 items or less. It sucks when you have 1 or 2 items and behind someone that feels like they have 100 things and have no lane that considers the people with less items. Quite annoying actually.

Terrible experience. The manager is very rude and started screaming at me in front of everyone at the top of her lungs. Overall, don’t go to Burlington in Waterbury unless you want to put up with rude people like her.

Girl at the register was very nice and friendly. I bought a stroller for my child and she offered to cut the tags for me so I could use it right away. I overall had a good experience here and will be coming again in the future.
