Not a good clinic at all, extremely unprofessional. Wait time is 3 hrs. I had to go for a drug test after my interview(same day). Not only was staff extremely rude(including management) but as a woman my privacy was not handled with care. I literally had to explain my lack of going in the waiting room because the staff was that insensitive and unconcerned. If you have to come here don't be surprised by unprofessional care, rude care, and a long wait. Just a heads up.

Although staff was courteous, prompt and professional. A gentleman sat in the waiting room with his mask down on his chin. Not one staff member said a word. Not good in these times!
I got in and out relatively quickly, but I'm not too fond of the very minimal privacy when it comes to the drug testing. When I exited the restroom holding my cup of urine, there was a gentleman standing there just 3 feet from me waiting to take his drug test. It might seem silly to be embarrassed about, but I'd really rather not have someone other than the staff watch me exit the restroom holding a cup of my own urine. I've taken 1 other drug test before at another facility and they kept it all very private, so I was not expecting that at all. Overall, it wasn't the end of the world but I figured I'd say something about it. I feel like better practices should be put in place to ensure people's privacy.
Staff was great! Funny! And made you feel at ease. Also the physical therapist was awesome at what he does made it as smooth as possible!
No problems, easy to get work required physical. Social distancing and masks required. The usual 2 hours however last year I was there 3 hours. So plan your time. I was asked to wait in the car due to crowding but it was fine. They called me when I could come back in. Physical itself was 15 to 20 minutes
