The gentleman at Ct Sew and Vac was beyond wonderful. Another company told me I needed a whole new central vac unit that would be 1700. When I went here for a second opinion, they laughed at that and told me to bring one small piece of my vac in. An hour later they called me and told me it was fixed. It was such a minor fix, they didn’t even want to charge me. They are a throw back mom and pop business (and I mean that in the most complementary way possible)that really do what’s right. I’d give them 10 stars if possible.

Ralf gave me a great deal. He was friendly and appreciated my business. I bought a Jamonie Sewing machine and just tried it out and I really like it so far. He gave a 5 year free service and that sealed the deal. Servicing is costly. Didn't give a 5 b/c I wish he had other brands to choose from and he seemed not well educated on the machines. Overall, good experience and would recommend this store.
