I wish I could give a negative stars. So I had a bad experience when I just opened an account with them couple years ago and I didn’t buy anything from them after that but now I decided to give another try. I was looking for a mini baking cups. First I called them. They didn’t have size that I need but they had a little bit bigger which was fine. So I asked the price. They told me 50.20 for case of 1000. I asked to check the price again because it doesn’t look right ( 1000 usually is one or two sleeves). They said that price is correct. So I looked up the price for baking cups on Amazon. It’s about 12-15 for 1000 cups. Same price at Walmart ( 5 for 350) . Then I called to them again. Woman that I talked to didn’t even check the price or quantity again she just said that price is 50.20 for 1000. I opened Dumouchel’s website and all baking cups (all sizes) come in cases of 10.000 and they have exactly size that need! Next morning I went there and showed their website. They said that website is old and information on it isn’t correct! Finally woman said they will bring and show me the case that they have (case of 1000 for 50.20) and after 5 minutes of waiting that woman said that don’t have it! Please don’t waist your time with Dumouchel paper company.
