Immaturity through the roof here. If you enjoy working in a high stress factory this place is for you! Enjoy screaming hot temperatures that border line sweat shops in the summer and just enough warmth in the winter even better! There's no room for advancement either once your hired to work on the floor that is where you'll stay till they fire or lay you off. Went to high school? Well even if you didn't they hire at least a quarter of illiterate people, and just like high school and or prison... Pick your poison, you can't fit into a \click\ here upper management will shun, accuse, blame, and most likely fire you. This company also has a very weak union presence they WILL bend a knee for management and not for its fellow union members.
