I have worked with Joe and Lou and been equally pleased with my order because I bought beds from out of state for my parents home in CT. I think the prices are fair, the delivery happens as it should and I am never rushed. Most importantly, my parents who are elderly and have some mobility issues LOVE their new beds. Great products. Great value and again, I am doing this all from DC.

I was super satisfied with my buying and delivery experience. They had great customer service. The gentleman we dealt with(Joe) was very knowledgeable as well as polite. Best of all they were not at all pushy. Same day delivery was on time as scheduled and the crew was efficient and respectful of our time and space. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Recently purchased a motorized bed and mattress from the Waterbury store. After shopping at many stores and being told 6 to 10 weeks we were able to get a mattress and bed in 2 days. We dealt with Joe, he was very nice and helpful but the delivery team is where this company really shined. I wish I remember their names so I could make sure they get the recognition they deserve. Definitely a pleasure to do business with.
