Waited over two hours. Finally received a call from APRN who said she didn't see our appt and that this has never happened before. Unfortunately other people have since told us they had same experience. We finally waited outside her office for 45 min to find out she didn't even have a patient in her office. APRN was wearing a VALVED N95 mask... meaning it protects her, but allows her to breath out without any filtration, so no protection for the patients. This type of mask is designed for construction workers to protect them from harmful particles but lets them breath straight out to help them to stay a bit cooler and less irritated when working. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Extremely fast service. The nurse was very nice. And to get diagnosed and meds at the same place is just awesome especially when your not feeling good.

I NEEDED to be seen today so I hauled a** to get there and it was closed and I was told that they had reached their max patients for the day.... And I have no time left to go anywhere else. Thanks. I'll tell everyone I know not to come here

Absolutely the WORST experience EVER!. We put in our request at the kiosk for our son to be seen at 2:30...at the time it was about an hour and forty minute wait. However, we went home since they send a text 1/2 before. Well...we never recieved a text 1/2 before closing which was 5:30 so we decided to go to the CVS at 5:00. We get there and its relatively quiet and all seemed well except a woman saying she was there since 2:15 and as of 5:30 she was still not being seen. At 5:45 the Nurse opens the door and yells out the door...I WILL ONLY SEE 2 MORE PATIENTS...WE CLOSED AT 5:30! I told her we have been on the schedule since 2:30 and she said...I CAN ONLY TAKE 2 MORE PATIENTS...I CANT BE HERE UNTIL MIDNIGHT! Well...we all looked at each other and just shook our heads in disbelief at her treatment...then we asked which patients would she see and she rattled off 2 names and my son wasnt one of them. My son was very sick and he was the last one of the day but she flat out REFUSED to see him. We will NEVER use this service again! The marketing is a joke...they call it \minute clinic\ and people were waiting for hours! There was 2 rooms but only 1 nurse was working. I have NEVER had any kind of business treat me and my kids like that and this lady had no scruples...she made it known to all present that she didnt care about patients....but finishing up her work day.
