I been a toolmaker for over 40 years, so I been working with heat treating companies for many years. Steve at Nelson helped my company by expediting some tooling parts I needed done. I went to a different vendor that I used for years. I will not name them, they where closed, apparently for a few days. I never recieved notice and I was upset because I have a customer who needs these parts at thier factory Monday morning it was Friday 3:00 pm. 1st time through the door Steve at Nelson welcomed me, we spoke about my need he took over and the very next day a Saturday mind you I had my parts that came out great. Steve and his company Nelson heat treating went above and beyond the excellence level of customer service. I will use Nelson heat treat until I retire. Awesome, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fair priced and now a new vendor for my company. Thank you again Nelson heat treat and Steve
