Just went here with my mom. We both needed to get blood work. They close at 4 and we got here at 340. Some miserable receptionist was so mad that we came in when it was the end of the day. We turned around and left. I wasnt about to have that woman sticking us with needles. Such and unprofessional attitude. No hello. No sorry. Just literally in a robotic tone "if you have an appointment we'll take you, if you dont have an appointment we wont take you". Never going back to this quest again. Apparently they are very irritated to do their job here.

Honestly I had the completely opposite experience from all these 1 star reviews, my wait was 10 minutes and I was 5 minutes early anyway, and I had several (10) vials taken, all quickly, the woman was nice and professional, and I left within 20 minutes.

We made an appt. Got there and there were 6 ppl waiting for over an hour. There was only 1 person working. We waited 45 mins and left.

I made an appointment for myself a couple days before the scheduled appointment time I made over the phone. The appointment was confirmed and when I came the day of, there was no appointment in the system. I came at 10:45am for the “appointment” and since I had to get my bloodwork done for a different appointment, I decided to wait as a walk-in. I stood outside thinking it’ll be 30 minutes max. to wait, but instead I waited for 3 hours. They say to make an appointment and when I did, it didn’t go through. Horrible service, too.

Horrible wait times ... ALWAYS!!! Worst location if your expecting to get in and out.. short white lady that works there is rude. Corporate should look into this location of their franchise. Very very poor experiences every time.

0 profetionalism 0 receptionist at any time. Is insane how u go early for a test and u use the text option to wait in the car and after a few hours u realize that tje people that got there after you are leaving before u. These people need to go back to school and hire a receptionists. Also they never answer the phone. More tha 3 hours waiting is insane. I am so mad is ridicules that after more than 3 hours the fc punk say " well if u dint got text tjat it was ure turn we dont have u in the system any more u have to do the registration again and wait again until we call u or text u. Just so u know u getting reported to the department of healt and i have the evidence that we register early in the morning

It is definitely horrible, I recommend that you do not go to that laboratory, wait 3 hours, please, I could not do the lead test on my child, the staff, or say anything kind, my wait was for nothing!

I came in as a walk in like I usually do. Wait time was 47 minutes.i opted for a text so I can sit in my car and wait. My timer went off 45 minutes ago. I walked in an the tv tells me my wait time is 22 more minutes. I watched people walk in and walk out. Where have you gone ladies?
