I have been to this quest several times and always had a positive experience. My wait time was always relatively short (granted I’ve always gone during the week) and the staff have always been extremely nice.

The lab tech was very nice and patient with me. I went in today for a urinalysis and I couldn’t tinkle. She patiently waited for me and helped me with some water and finally I was able to tinkle. The location was clean. Once I checked in, I was called immediately.. I barely sat down which was great. Would recommend this location.

Filled out my information on line and made an appointment. It was straight forward and easy even for this old lady. I waited in the parking lot until they were ready and they texted me to come in. Draw was well done. It isn't a five star because the location was so convoluted and difficult to get to.

Be very carefull with this lab tend to give negative results for drug sreening , i looked up and lots of these places do that they dont test the way it should be or they are mixing up bottles , rushing and thats a way easy to end up not getting a job, or if is from a doctor then they gonna believe that the person is useing drugs, how can someone come out positive when for sure they 100% clean thats horrible and the doctor would not give the person the benefit of knowing that these places for years been meesing people urine up, if something like this happens get a Attorney and take them to court , i seen a documentary on these places and is sad how many people has gone to prison for quest having false readings, at times they just lazy and to save money they rather flush the test then pay to get it tested by a real lap, lots of halfaway and soberhouses stop sending people into these places cause they got tired of paying and end up sending people back to prison and getting suit by the person lawyers, is horrible but it the real world it happens thats where greed comes in like everyother place , sad but true someone needs to over watch whats happening when you leave the bottle in top of a table and leave , after that who knows where that test realy go back in the toilet with out testing ? Or mix up with everyone else, anyother place makes you put it in a bag and seal it before walking out , dont see why they leave it in the same room where anyone could exchange it and as simple as that, sad people be carefull and always ask questions where is going and how they testing it , false positive is playing with someone life , job, doctors, family, thank you and keep your eyes on that test so they wont mix it or just flush it bwfore testing and write anything on it.

Staff not friendly. I went there this morning for a drug screen requested by a future employer and I was treated like a criminal. Fran had no personality, didn't even say good morning, nothing. Asked her what she needed from me and she said \a number\. I said you want my phone #? She says no you should have a number. I said I have the email they sent me. I pulled it out of my purse and she says \They didn't tell you to present this?\ I found her demeanor and attitude to be very poor. Not patient friendly. Seemed to me like I was a bother to her. Needless to say Fran was very unprofessional and I will NEVER go back there again!!
