I fell and went to the ER not a bag of ice for my lip or nose. I finally asked for one. They put glue on my gash on my nose. I had to see a plastic surgeon after I got home. Staff at front did not seemed interested in your care at all. I should have been more assertive. No xrays just an exam and off I went home, after spending 4 hrs in the ER it was like let's take some care of you and get you out the door. They had a full ER but that does not make a difference. Patients are to be cared for properly no matter what. I would never recommend that ER.

Very responsive, even late at night. Great bedside manner, and listens to his patients. My tele visit with him saved me a trip across town to an urgent care clinic. I highly recommend him.

My mom needed to go to the hospital after losing lots of fluids due to nausea from Covid-19. She thought she'd be better off in the hospital, though there's no cure, she'd be able to get more fluids in her and they'd be able to monitor her better than us. They ignore her calls for assistance and she's went to the bathroom on herself twice and had to sit in it because no one came. I am now see various reviews that patients are ignored here. If you want the best for you friend/family, don't put them in here. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STAFF!
