I understand we’re in a pandemic. But if you offer ShopRite from home pickup I would expect it to be better. How is it every time I order half my order is “out of stock”. I don’t order crazy things. How are you Going to tell me you Don’t have tomatoes or lettuce or celery? It’s a little ridiculous. The reason I don’t go in the store is because I have a baby and don’t want to bring him in. If it’s such a big problem for these people to do their jobs then don’t offer the service. And I accept substitutions so it’s not because that brand was out of stock. If your Going to charge a service fee. Then at least offer the service well.

I only needed to pick up 2 things. I was in the store longer than what was necessary because of the outrageous lines. I have shopped shoprite for years and no matter where they move to it’s always the same issue. It’s freezing and I had to park very far because the lot is full. I can’t say they are under staffed, or they need better staff. All I can say is if you are going to go be prepared to be in line for a few. I have even went at 7 a.m and even then you get stuck in a line because it seems they only have 1 cashier for the elderly and the rest have to go to self checkout. Their system is way more sensitive than Bj’s. So then you need a cashier to help... \u200d️ I do like the prices and my grams loves this pie. All and all not a bad store.
Excellent prices,fresh food. Great GF and non-dairy options. Outstanding Kosher section. Very clean. Friendly and efficient service at the register.
One of my favorite grocery stores. They have decent prices and always well stocked. I also like utilizing the online shopping/ curbside pickup.
