Service advisor Filipe went above and beyond to ensure he was able to accommodate my vehicle when I wasn't able to make it in for my appointment time (I discovered the battery had died and needed to get it towed in). He took great care of our auto service needs and even took the time to install a plate mount himself for me. No up-selling pressure from him for services I did not need. I felt comfortable speaking with him about the vehicle's needs. I will definitely be back.

Large store with just about everything under one roof, great place would recommend this store for any of your shopping needs. Prefer these stores over Wal-Mart, and they offer more canadian goods. You can get royal purple products for all your high performance needs as well!
These guys are honest, helpful, efficient and always take the time to explain things to help you feel comfortable in the process of auto care and repair. I’ve been going there for years, they switched their Auto Repair Dept Manager a while ago and I was concerned the service level might falter a little. Well, it didn’t falter a bit. Colin is a friendly and conscientious addition to that already great team. Thanks guys! See you soon.
5 stars for Philip at the Auto Centre!!! My grandmother blew a tire when she was on the road and was in extreme distress when she showed up at the Auto Centre. Philip was so kind - calmed her down - ensured she was well taken care of and spoke with me and my fiance by phone to help us understand what was happening and helped us arrange what services she needed to get back on the road safely. Philip's kindness and genuine sincerity meant all the world to my grandmother and meant the world to me! Thank you Philip for being a superhero in your community!
Don't get me wrong particular store is very clean and well maintained! but the reason for low review is mainly because everything in that store seems to be overpriced.
