4 days of waiting and still wasnt done, I have my work take extra tax off my pay so i dont have to pay, yet they said i owed quite a amount, tried charging me 129.99 for a a 1 job personal taxes with nothing but t4. Took to h and r block in hamilton 39.99 and got back money. This location is very unprofessional.

After 45 minutes and needing to get help from her coworker twice, the second of which even the coworker didn't know what to do, I lost all confidence that they would be able to complete my taxes correctly. Seemed like they didn't have any more knowledge than me! I left without completing my taxes. Such a waste of time and a horrible experience. Do not get your taxes done here, not even if they are as basic as can be. It won't be worth the fee.
I have Nancy Legacy do my taxes here. She is very good and friendly. However she only works during tax season (February to April). I cannot speak to the capabilities of anyone else.
Natalie the receptionist is so rude and not helpful whatsoever. I’ve been to an H&R Block before and had an amazing experience, I recommend going to another location
