Had a few problems with these guys im not normally one to complain and do reviews but first called them to tow my car the guy that came was just rude the 2nd encounter with theses guys I was in a car accident I guess the police called them for the other vehicle but they asked what about my vehicle I called another company and the drkver was complaining that the cop let me car the \chasers\ and all this I believe its my choice who I used by law and 3rd I seen one on their trucks the other day with a vehicle on the bed with 2 rachet straps on the front and one hook on the back and when I mentioned to the driver incase a hook fell off or something just trying to help out he told me it was fine like that to mind my own business im sorry I don't tow but I believe on a flatbed tow truck from what I been told and seen its supposed to be 4 contact points 4 chains straps or whatever and 1 safety chain/strap so good job at putting others lifes at risk and when someone tries to help incase something happened to the other hook ur driver has to be rude these guys are a joke stick to doing \favors\ for the hamilton police

Rolling your car into the ditch on a busy overpass is terrifying. To have someone come out and immediately you help and make sure you are safe when your in shock does make life easier. Mike was absolutely terrific with us. He made sure we were safe and warm. Brought us coats to wear while we waited for the police. He made sure we were safe while we waited for our ride and let me focus on being safe and uninjured instead of trying to nickel and dime us. He made a horrible experience an easy one to get through and for that I thank him.
Rip off of a tow company. Sad that people think there good.
Best ever. Responded in 12 minutes in an emergency wow Thanks No problem with the 1 ton. Every other tow company in the area refused, They have my business.
