Amazing service provided by the team there. In particular to Tyron who went over and above what was expected. A real gentleman and will be the reason I return to Telkom Watercrest. Great store well done.

Our telkom lines have been down for the past days. We have reported it numerous times now, following up with the reference numbers given by yourselves. My dad is 65 and went to see you personally only to get another reference number and still no one has come out to fix the telkom line. My mom is a Frontline worker, she has patients that need to phone her on her land-line in case of emergencies which we now can't use because no one has yet come out to fix the problem. It's been days now. Your service is shocking to say the least!!! Very very dissapointed

I was soo disappointed with the service I got today with one of the ladies there She was not interested in what I had to say and she kept on sayin one person per counter Even though I was going with my wife and I wanted her to choose the phone she wants
