I moved here recently and absolutely love it. From my first visit, throughout the lease signing I was so at ease and appreciated the easy transition. Kate in the office is super friendly and helped me with any questions I had. The grounds are well maintained, everyone is friendly and the apartment is spacious, clean and bright. The maintenance staff is outstanding. Our walkways were always clear throughout this past huge storm. The staff were constantly working to keep things clear and plow your space for you.

Last week I went to see an apartment here. The lady was very nice over the phone. I got there she let me view an apartment. 1. She didn’t come with me to view the place. She handed me the key and told me go view it myself (right there I knew I wasn’t going to get in) but I didn’t say much. I viewed the place. Now usually when you go to view a community you have someone come with you. Show you around the place. They will explain the environment and so on. But nope. I went to view the apartment and garage ALONE. 2. When I came back into the office she had the application folded and told me to fill it out. And return it. She never explained the application to me. Just folded it and handed it to me. 3. We never went over pricing for rent. I had to ask the question “how much are the one bedrooms?” She did explain to me that the application is good for 3 months. Which is stated at the bottom of the application. Just one week passed I gave her a call. She seemed surprise that I was giving her a call back. She stated to me that the apartments were filling up very fast. And she said I don’t want to promise you anything and there’s nothing there. Now let’s go back to when I told her I needed the place by. And she said to me. Oh November that’s perfect I have someone moving out at the end of October. The moral to the story is I believe this complex picks who they want to move in. Racially profile is what happened to me. “Never judge a book by its cover” wish them the best!!!!
