I visited this place on the 31st of August 2018. I had phone a day earlier and managed to secure an appointment for the next day. The lady on the phone was very helpful, humble and all in all it was quite a good reception. I honoured the appointed time, waited for 20minutes caus it was said to be a busy day, I saw that too. Lots and lots of people were coming in and out. I then proceeded to meet Mr Dean, quite a good name, first I thought it was an academic title not a name. He was very very helpful. He made my case appear to be simple, though he made no promise but he assured me of their feedback in no time. Whether the feedback comes negative or positive, all I can say is, he is the best service provider and I wish he could keep that up, including their reception. It’s a convenient place and the reception is the best of the best.
