Best pizza around but it does take time to make it. I would definitely recommend GIORGIOS but plan to order it 35-45 minutes in advance.
I went in for two slices of Pizza, the lady who’s name I think is Michelle said it would be 20-25 minutes. She told me that at 7:30, I never got my slices until 8:15. If I had known it was going to be that long than I would’ve like have left, I live in Hamilton and was hoping for quick slices. As I always get slices there and it has never been that long. Very disappointed as I had places to be and became late while waiting. I know I could have left, but I stand by my word that this is one of the best places to get slices pizza.
We are regulars here and the food is good just wish they gave a better estimate on when things will be ready, I get there later than what they told me and I'm still waiting for at least 20 mins. Last night we went in to get panzaerrottis around 6pm, there were two younger guys( probably highschool) and an older woman. I as so appalled by how the lady was tearing these two younger men, belittling and demeaning them for an honest mistake... in front of customers as well and just acting like a child throwing a tantrum, so unprofessional and embarrassing. I felt terrible for the two guys as they are always extremely nice and are obviously trying their best. I hope they find different jobs where they are treated with respect and compassion. I'll have a hard time returning after seeing that.
