My boyfriend and I came here over President’s Day weekend. The house itself is nice. But we stayed in the Green Room downstairs and couldn’t believe how noisy it was. The air units were right outside the windows near our bed and kept us up half the night. Olga was friendly and helpful, though didn’t coordinate for breakfast on our last morning there. Really, she seemed to be tired and not up to the task of hosting. Not what we were expecting for something called a bed and breakfast. We will not be back.

I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first experience with a B&B. As my fiancee said, "You did good." Definitely read the reviews first. There's no 'front desk' so you walk in and walk around until you find Olga (the owner I presume?). The listed phone number is her cell number so be courteous of call hours. She can also receive texts. The kitchen is available and we got to store our food in the main fridge. I think this is the only downside as I would have preferred a mini fridge in the bedroom. We stayed in the Golden Room and it was quite large with a king bed, a good view (it was cool when the clouds rolled in) and a fan. There's no temperature control, but the fan and ceiling fan cooled things off nicely in late July. There was a nice electric fireplace in the room which would be great in the winter. Basic channels are offered, nothing special. Wifi worked fine. The bed was super comfortable and covid policies were followed by 'staff' and guests. Breakfast was split into 15 minute sections to keep guests from gathering closely. I never felt unsafe here, which was nice. Olga made a ham and cheese omelet for us in the morning and had toast and pastries available as well as coffee and juice. I didn't realize, but it was a super nice bonus, that there is a winery across the driveway that you can walk to. They give a discount for customers who stay in the B&B (buy one, get one free on tastings.) The bubbly rose was phenomenal and I don't even like wine. Beautiful setting and cooler weather, which was great in the summer. Highly recommend!
In the midst of Covid my wife and I needed a break. We stumbled upon Waterford and the surrounding area. The Loudoun Valley Manor is a great place for a quiet get-a-way. Olga the owner is a fascinating hostess and her story is amazing. The house is awesome. We spent our time their on a horribly cold weekend but loved it.
Beautiful location with great accommodation and even better service!
We were visiting family in Virginia and decided to stay here for one of our nights. We stayedin the Turquoise room. The room was on the top floor by itself. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The owner was very nice. She showed us around. Several roomy, bright, areas for guests to sit on the main floor inside and out. There is water, coffee and tea available 24 hours and I did see apples and bananas. Breakfast was an omelette and toast. She also put out scones, mini muffins and cookies. We felt very comfortable here. It's a large piece of property and home. You feel like you are the only people staying but we saw two or three other couples in the morning. Many things to do in this area. Hiking, history, food, breweries, wineries. We would stay here again.
As an impromptu Girls Weekend Getaway, we booked this place because of its proximity to a winery (The Wine Reserve), a brewery (Bear Chase Brewery), and hiking trails. The place was neat and quiet and Olga was very sweet and accommodating. We stayed in the Green Room on the main floor. It was adjoined to the sunroom where we could see the beautiful sunrise. The room was perfect. We had a very cozy and comfortable King-sized bed with a little living space set up with a TV and an artificial fireplace heater which provided great ambience and warmth. In the morning, Olga would cook us a delicious ham and cheese omlette and provide us with various beverages of coffee, tea, and juice. We were also treated to some yummy blueberry pancakes made by Kent. All of us felt well rested and satisfied with our getaway. We're definitely considering going back for another future staycation. I would highly recommend the Loudoun Valley Manor for a relaxing escape.
We had a flat tire, and the staff were so kind and willing to help out! Such nice and accommodating people!
The rooms are spacious and well kept. The owner is very pleasant and accommodating. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the scenery.
