I'm the last person to write a review but want to recognize Off Road Express for a great purchase experience. We wanted a SSV but knew nothing of the market. Our salesman RJay took the time to understand what was important to us, explained the differences, and gave us tons of time to ask questions. Their team was an important factor in purchasing. Everyone from the sales manager to the fella who delivered wanted to impress us and serve. We love our new Defender and Off Road Express is our powersports dealer!
My Can-Am was not running very well and I contacted RJay who put me in contact with service who came in on a day they are normally not working and serviced my machine immediately and had it fixed in less than an hour . The customer service is fantastic, I would recommend Off-road Express on Peach street to anyone looking for a new atv. Thanks Tim
When your customer walks in with cash in hand dont tell them they need insurance if they already have insurance on another motorcycle! In pa you have 10 days to cover it. Another thing dont wait till all papers are almost signed to say oh I'm sorry there is a recall on one of the electrical parts and it won't be in and ready for a week...LATER. We ended up going to street track and trail and bought 2. You've lost a customer.
They and I quote, \don't care about snowmobilers because they always ask for a discount.\ The reason I asked? Because typically when you purchase a snowmobile from them they offer a discount on parts. Well he took me asking for a discount as if I was begging/complaining and told me he doesn't care about snowmobilers. Go to Forest Park Honda instead, they actually care about customers.
