Possible a new technician using an impact driver to tighten oil drain plugs. Had to use unnecessary tools to remove it ie. breaker bar then pliers when the head started to strip out with breaker bar. Lucky that pliers worked. I’ve had other work done there before without any complaints.

Candice was a very nice and friendly associate. Didnt get the same feeling about the new car manager. Seemed a bit arrogant. Also watched him deal with other customers and his body language said a lot. Hands in his pockets etc.. The atmosphere wasn't really welcoming. Not sure that I truly got the best deal. I already knew what I was wanting and was pre-approved for financing. The new car manager said he could get me a better deal. 10 credit hits later. He did not. Not real happy with that. The numbers on my sales deal didn't even make sense. But in the end I knew what I was paying. Its now been 2 weeks and they still haven't paid off my trade-in. I'm sure I will get stuck with added interest that has accumulated since the deal.
