I been on hold for over hour now and when she finally got on phone she said hello and hanged up on me within sec didn't even give me chance to respond. Terrible customer service. Whole time I was on hold I could hear her cursing at someone.

I changed the oil on the car. But a week later I opened the hood of the car because the computer showed that I needed to change the oil again. I found that I did not have a cover on the engine. I came back to the service and reported a problem. The manager was not at the place of work. Then one of the mechanics was called to me, his name was Mico. He informed me that he could not help me. He promised that he needed to watch the camcorder and he will call me and tell me the result of the check. 3 weeks passed but no answer. I won’t come here anymore.

I get here at 8AM on a Thursday for an oil change and I’m told 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I’m fine with that cause I’ll do my shopping. I finish my shopping and I go back and wait for my car to be finished. 2 1/2 hours later, they are just driving my car in to be worked on. Apparently the time the give you isn’t the time it will be till it’s done, it’s the time it will take till they get to your vehicle. The only reason I come here, convenience for doing my grocery shopping while I wait.
