Need to learn to read reviews before staying somewhere & I'm a reviewer lol. Go inside, see how it is at the front desk then ask to see room. Lift mattresses up to look between. Look around see if clean. Sit on bed and see how it feels. Turn the dag air on and see if it's loud or if it cools. If you can control it. Check these items first then decide. It's a must do anymore; I don't care where you stay. Not happily.

This company was AMAZING to work with! We had the best vacation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We only had one maintenance issue and it was dealt with promptly and professionally. The unit was spotless and we will be returning in the future.

This place does not do any maintenance on their properties and everything is extremely dirty! I had to clean the room before even entering since they would not help! They took our money and wouldn't come over and clean the unit so we spent several hours doing it ourselves. Do not do business with them as they are rude and will charge you 50 to clean even after you have left the property. Stay away from them.

Terrible! I am a teacher who was in need of a quiet beachfront getaway...instead I got a headache! A few key words: 1. Blood stained comforter 2. Dirty boxspring with various colored stains 3. New comforter never returned 4. Broken shower head 5. Broken DVD player 6. No apologies...I was told the property was "old." ?!?!?! Please don't stay here. Seriously.

We arrived to our rental late and quickly realized that it was not cleaned from the previous renter. The bed was unmade, the kitchen counters were dirty, there were dirty towels in the bathtub, and the previous renter's information packet was still on the table. We attempted to call the "24-hour line" and finally spoke to someone in New Jersey at 11:30 pm who told us "there is nothing we can do." Our vacation was soured from this experience. We went to the rental office the next morning and while all staff members seemed to be "understanding" we were told otherwise by the maintenance department at the unit. Our experience was not the first of a condo not being cleaned and that those who would be cleaning were "sketchy" otherwise. We removed our belongings when it was finally cleaned. We were also guaranteed a return call that day with information about a refund due to our experience. No call was ever received. We did get an email stating we would be getting our cleaning fee refunded however this has yet to come through. After another hour on the phone with the rental company we were told we would be getting a call back, again we wait. We will never stay at a property through this company again. Poor customer service and terrible follow through.

We stayed in a Lands End condo through Waterfront Rentals in August of 2015 and could not have been more pleased. Excellent location, smooth service. There was even an outside alarm that went off in the middle of the night one night, and their on-call staff helped us locate the appropriate people to resolve the issue.

BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST this company! A group of friends and I stayed in two condos at the Waves location last weekend. The condos themselves were okay. We overlooked a few issues, such as mold on the shower liner and a few other things that we felt were minor. We enjoyed our time there and before we left we made sure to gather the trash in the kitchen near the small (not even kitchen size) trashcan. We also gathered the towels and washcloths in a pile and left them in front of the washing machine, to help with easy clean up. We've done this at every other hotel and condo we've ever stayed without incident. When we received the final bill, we realized that it included an "excessive trash fee". This was an extra 50 added to the bill (25 per condo), even though we had already paid 100 PER ROOM for a cleaning fee! When we called to discuss why we had the extra charge on our bill, we spoke to a lady named Donna who was VERY RUDE and even proceeded to scold us! When we asked why they charged us she said that the trash was supposed to be put in the dumpster and we left the towels and other linen on the floor which is not what they wanted. We asked for pictures and another copy of the contract. Donna sent pictures of the bed linens and towels laying all over the floor. WE DID NOT DO THIS. We simply put the towels and washcloths in a pile, WE NEVER REMOVED THE BED LINENS. Therefore, someone must have taken everything off the beds and thrown it on the floor, then taken pictures to prove their case. I have NEVER seen a company try so hard to scam people for extra money! In addition, there is NOTHING in the procedures or contract that specifically states that trash must be put in the dumpster, where the dumpster is, or what to do with linens! This issue is yet to be resolved, and now a great vacation has turned into a NIGHTMARE.

Disgusting rentals with no maintenance. Do not go here! They do not clean or repair their units. The property looks decent from the outside, but when you enter they are extremely filthy. The photos are not of their properties. Don't be fooled by these con-artists. Run!!!!
