Absolutely horrendous management team. Do not fall for their photos on the website. I moved into 201 Lester street on September 1st into one of the penthouse suits. One would think that considering youths a lump some of an amount for these suits you would get a good and well furnished place to live in. Almost every single piece of furniture is broken in this unit. My housemate fell off this supposed couch. We didn’t know that it was broken. The legs of the coffee table is missing a screw. The bed shakes so vigorously that you could measure it on a Richter scale. The chairs in the room tilt in all directions and gives you a nightmare every second hour. Despite raising multiple requests on their portal more than 2 weeks ago, having written a long stern email no one has so much so as popped in to even have a look at things. We called their customer care team at least a few times this last couple of weeks and they noted down our details telling us to expect a call back from them but that didn’t happen. I called multiple numbers of theirs, called their leasing team as well to try to help our situation out. But no. They’re more keen on treating those who live here like garbage. They expect us to sleep on the floor. Their helpline numbers are more interested in ending calls than helping people genuinely. They are extremely arrogant and will violate tenant rights. They will send you in circles. NEVER EVER SIGN WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH. They have quite literally not left us with any option but to contact the LTB now!

The would deduct rent even when the lease is over. And you have to mail them 10 times to get your money back on the mistakes they make. My suggestion is you can ALWAYS find a better organisation then them for your needs.
