I had a great experience. I went there a few days ago and she was so kind and she didn’t rush doing my hair when clients were coming in. It was also my first time getting my hair coloured and I was nervous but she talked me through the process. I donate my hair so I don’t get a cut often but I will definitely be coming back here. Usually good, but be careful booking appointments. Booked an appointment but was made to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time so she could finish up with someone else. That’s no problem I understand she’s the only one working at that time but then she came to tell me that the guy who came in after me needs to go first cause he’s in a hurry. So appointment booking was unnecessary.

First time doing hair in canada, i love it! The lady there totally gets what I want and follow exactly as my description. I am a girl and have thick fuzzy hair . She patiently ironed all of it for me. It looks so good. Thank you!
