I just had an excellant meal of cabbage rolls mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables and tea for 8 bucks and had a seniors exercise class and read the paper before going home last week it was rice and chicken and tea

A local meeting spot for seniors located centrally in Uptown Waterloo at the Allen St LRT station. Sadly it will soon be closed as Waterloo amalgamates their satellite adult centres into the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Centre on Father David Bauer Drive.
