Customer service is great & love the clothes but while walking around I noticed a lot of spotting(stains) on different items which is upsetting since the prices aren’t the cheapest. Maybe just double check items before putting them back on the floor after people try them on!

I stood in line, during COVID-19, with my 3 year old daughter as I was desperate for a bra. After 15 minutes of trying to occupy my daughter and calm down her tantrums, we were turned away at the door by the "manager" because I would not put on a mask due to medical conditions. I am furious, as we also traveled 45 minutes, each way by bus, to get to the store. I will be talking to the person in charge about this!

I was there with my daughter yesterday and Chloe (tall blonde?) Helped us. She set us up with everything we needed and we left very happy! Thanks for the amazing customer experience. We also LOVE the real-life models/images and the notes in the change rooms....We can't wait to go back!

I came in today to do an online order return because the bras werent the right size. Kim helped me at the desk and she was so helpful! I'm so glad I went to her because even though I had never ordered online from Aerie at the store, she walked me through everything easily. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Kim!

I love, love, love the service I get here! I was in a rush and decided to ask someone to exchange my item (find me the right item, in a bigger size) so I wouldn't have to look for it. One of the girls there provided me with very friendly and helpful service the entire 15 minutes I was in the store. She gave me her undivided attention and let me know other alternatives if my size wasn't available! Amazing.

Standard store, changing room staff seemed uninformed and clueless about the world (eg. If a medium fits, then an XL isn't too tight)

Whenever I walk in I am never greeted. Every other customer is greeted while the employees just look at me with disgust, like how dare I walk in? I don't know if it's intentional or not, but you need to work on making your employees more friendly and approachable. I do not feel welcome at this location, and have chosen to just order online because I feel so uncomfortable. This store didn't used to be like this, it used to be my favourite at the mall. Because of the employees, though, I don't think I'll ever come back.

Aerie is a hit or miss store for me just like it's older sibling American Eagle. I don't always want the fashions or am inspired to purchase their stock. The deal that I received during Black Friday with a discount (since my boyfriend and I purchased something from AE also) converted as saved dollars at Aerie. A wonderful sweater I may not have purchased before became shy of 40. The cashier that helped keep that day was okay. Nothing overly wrong but nothing overly special. I could pon it to the massive sales weekend exhaustion but the previous cashier at AE was more energetic .
