I booked an appointment with Aligned Health with Sanjay Govindraj in September 2020 for the first time. Since then, I have had the fortune of seeing him every few weeks and receiving incredible support and therapy from him in addition to great guidance and advice. I hope to keep seeing him for the future and would recommend him to friends and family, without hesitation. He is kind, empathetic, offers great feedback and strives for his patients' progress. Aligned health has been a great office to book appointments with and they have always given me appointment reminders in a timely manner, as well as taken all the proper covid-19 measures consistently.

I came in to the clinic to see Rebecca for the first time for a massage. From the moment I walked in the door she was very professional and friendly. I liked the fact that she specializes in sports massage therapy. She made me feel comfortable and she definitely knew her stuff. For someone that appreciates a deep tissue massage, she was more than capable and her strength was evident. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to see her.

My family and I have all been seeing Nate since 2014. I would recommend this to anyone with muscle pain and other muscle related issues. We always notice an improvement during and after treatments. Osteopathy is a unique treatment option. Nate explains and teaches about the uniqueness of our bodies and the treatment techniques he uses to address our issues. We always appreciate the advice Nate gives us. Nate is kind and passionate with what he does as an osteopath. Always a great experience!
Knowledgeable staff with amazing service. Fixed several issues that I didn't even know could be connected. Also, cleaning/covid procedures are top notch.
We have been seeing Nate for a few years now and leave each visit amazed at what he has explained to each of us about our bodies. He is absolutely brilliant. Some would say a "miracle worker" with what he is able to fix/correct in one visit. We love and appreciate his idea of wanting to correct any issues with the goal of not having to see him again versus routine/weekly visits. He is kind, caring, attentive and compassionate. We have recommended him over and over again to family and friends and will keep doing so. We are so thankful to have Nate as a health care professional!
