I have been sending environmental samples to all the big labs for 11 years and these guys are the best I have encountered. Significantly more friendly and interactive staff than the guys around the corner. The new micro-sized sampling sizes is a very smart business move that works perfectly in the real world, ie out in the field. Sampling for a full LNAPL or waste water set no longer requires lugging around a cooler with 20L of water. I can fit more sample sets in one cooler. Less waste, less lifting same reliable results! Sample receiving is speedy, friendly and helpful. Results are organized, on time and competitively priced. Great perks with coffees, cold drinks, advent calendars, etc. The annual golf tournament is also a blast. Thanks ALS!
