Well fitting clothes! The only jeans I will wear. The employee at the fitting room was AMAZING. So helpful and cheerful. Great customer service.

Unfriendly staff. I have walked into this location many times without ever being greeted, being stared at, glared at, seen employees and managers standing in the cash register area talking instead of doing their jobs. I never feel welcome shopping here. They do not represent American Eagle as a company very well.

I visit AE semi-regularly and had an especially nice experience last visit. Staff and manager helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even helped navigate current sale offers so I could get a great deal. I've seen mixed reviews on the staff here so maybe it's new management but they were super!

American Eagle as a company has done a great job tailoring their clothes to current trends. The clothes are a great quality and tend to hold up well. I find this location is very helpful when youre on the floor looking, however falls apart when you go to check out. I stood in line for quite a while...i was next in line with one person behind me...the cashier finishes with her customer and then walks away...only to return when there was 3 people in line instead of 2. I felt it is likely a policy thing...but from my view was very rude and annoying.
