All avenues to rectify the problem have been tried. Bloomingdale is a hard town to provide wireless internet. That is why Avetria Networks has begun installing fiber to the home. Currently we are working hard on phase 1 with hopes to complete Bloomingdale by this time next year. Fiber will offer better speeds with better reliability and better pricing. Phase 2 is well underway in Winterbourne as well.

You deal with Arnold, Hes the Sales team , Customer Support & Technician for Avetria Wireless. We joined this company because of their vision to provide faster speeds and better service to rural communities surrounding Waterloo Region. Yeah! great vision poor execution! Speeds are as worse if not equivalent to dial up. Wireless internet is a simple concept you point a receiver at a tower within 7 km of your home and as long as the tower has a receiver pointing your direction and your in range, you have internet! Arnold decided to point our receiver at a 150 old maple tree in our front yard and his solution to the problem was a chainsaw. Hes dodge our calls to cancel and pick up his equipment since June 17th. That's however what you have to become accustom to when you join this company. You get your calls ignored or get these types solutions when their suppose to be the professionals.
So happy to have such an attentive internet supplier. Bell, Megawire, Netflash and Explornet will never come close to the personable and dedicated service available through Avetria. Arnold is the best!
Since the moment the internet was installed we have had nothing but issues with the service. A few days after Arnold, the company owner, installed the internet we were left without any internet for 2 weeks at which time he was absolutely impossible to get a hold of (multiple emails & texts without a response). It's now been a few months and we're yet to have consistent service let alone achieve the internet speeds our package promised. You can see from the screenshots that Arnold just does not respond nor fix any the issues you have. Thinking about watching Netflix? Never in a million years - you can't even get google to load. I'm literally writing this review while hotspotting because, once again, there's no internet at all. Maybe this will elicit a response : Arnold, will you actually resolve the issues we're having? Thanks!
