Finally left a salon feeling SO happy. The whole experience was great. Susan was super attentive and cut my hair even better than I imagined it. I feel like I have my identity back after 2 kids and that's HUGE oh and not to mention how amazing she did at my eyebrows. 100 percent recommend

Wonderful staff. Amazing results with my hair cut considering I had no idea what I wanted to do. Hair dresser was able to give me a new style that perfectly fit me. Definitely will be returning for regular cuts and style
I will be a permanent customer there It’s owner is a very honest & professional lady She gave life back to my hair after being destroyed from bad treatments in the past before I knew this salon. I did the permanent straightening there and the result was amazing.. Thank you dear Suzan

Worst colour and cut I have ever received - my hair looked worse then when I walked in. my hair was the same colour as my roots before I walked in. Not anymore - I wish you could upload a photo to this site just to show you how bad it was. They stick by everything they do though, so they just kept giving me excuse after excuse as to why it was like that. I would never go back or recommend this to anyone.... and to top it all off my terrible colour and trim (I wanted layers but left before she could ruin my hair any further) was 101.25! For anyone looking for an amazing colour and cut do not come here, go to SHABANA in Kitchener on Victoria st!
My favourite go-to place. Suzan is amazing and I wouldn't dream of letting anyone else touch my hair!
