We contacted Bath Fitter based on recommendations from friends. Our installer, Tyson, did a fantastic job. He was here promptly at 8am and worked hard, straight through until 6:30pm. He listened to our design questions and understood what we wanted to achieve. Our older house threw him a few curve balls but he met each one with professionalism and a sense of humour. The end result is a beautiful bathtub and shower that is exactly what we were hoping for. Roland, Tyson, Jack and everyone else who we spoke with provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend Bath Fitter in Waterloo.

Tyson did a tear out of our fibreglass tubs and replaced them with a new tub and tile wall. Tyson did the ensuite and the main bath. He was on time, professional, courteous and did great work. The tub and shower look fantastic in both bathrooms. What a difference! We were so glad we invested in bath fitter. Thank you for giving our home the facelift it needed. Would highly recommend Tyson and Bath fitter Waterloo.

I would like to share my great experience today with Bathfitters and especially Jacob. We had a bath/shower and separate shower installed a year ago. We experienced an issue with the shower and called yesterday. Jacob arrived this afternoon and solved all our issues as well as going above and beyond, improving little details. We have nothing but the highest praise for the Bath Fitter team that helped us replace our old tub/shower with a beautiful new walk in shower. Our installer, Rob, showed up at 7:30 am and worked non-stop until 4 pm to complete our install. No breaks, except for water. Total professional, and friendly, always ready to explain something or answer a question. Everything was completed in a day, and it is perfect. We are beyond thrilled with the new shower. Our deepest thanks to Rob and to Bill, the sales agent that first came to the house to explain everything to us. We were promised the install within three weeks, and it was ready in less than two. If we could, we would give this team 10 stars. We highly recommend the Bath Fitter and their wonderful team.
