Horrible place to shop! I was in there when the person who last reviewed this store was inside dealing with his situation and I can back up everything he is saying because I had went from walking in, checking the store for the first time to checking out for good! Stephanie it is a good thing you gave your two weeks but its a little to late as you have done some serious damage to the stores name. Hopefully there is disciplinary action for this and maybe you will lose any bonus they might of thought of giving you. Many will agree you do not even deserve to stay for your two weeks you deserve to be fired now!

Purchased luggage in September 2015, told LIFETIME warranty. If the rubber on the wheels comes off, just bring it in and it will be fixed, they said. Rubber on one wheel came off, and of course - they say it's normal wear and not covered. I have every tag and the original receipt as I was told to keep it all. Literally no help. Buy your bags from somewhere else.
Bought Multiple IT luggage worth 180 a bag went on a trip 1 month after I bought the bags all to find it broke on the first trip, I took the bag back in today to get told the warranty doesn’t cover my airline and they won’t accept it. The manager Stephanie was utterly disgraceful in the way she treated me and the situation. She told me Nabaa the lady that sold me the bag would never tell me the warranty covers all airlines but then proceeded to talk shi* about her employee all because this lady just put in her 2week notice. NEVER BUY IT NEVER SHOP BENTELYS.

Horrible shopping experience here. The girls who work there will tell u anything to get a sale, even if it means giving u false product information and not telling u their policies accurately. Avoid buying the tracker brand- super cheap material and a waste of money, even though the workers will try to up sell it.
