Bhima's Warung

Bhima�s Warung is a restaurant located in Waterloo, Ontario, that serves a variety of cuisine from across South-East Asia. The tradition of travel and exchange brought the chefs at Bhima�s Warung to create a �Parts Mostly Known� menu that features cuisine from different regions throughout the year. Using influences from years of travel with the techniques of classical and modern French cuisine, the menu is a unique blend of flavors.

The menu at Bhima�s Warung features starters and mains of cahn chua tom, a southern Vietnamese dish, hoi man laeng and poo lon baru, monkeyfish and lobstertail in roasted garlic and lemongrass butter. Other items include salads of yam ma muang, noodle and rice dishes.
