Haven’t been to a Bouclair since one existed in Cambridge, so it was nice to check out this location. Definitely have a lot to choose from & I love how it’s organized by colour. Super easy to shop & pricing is pretty good. I didn’t find anything I liked but that’s ok. Tons of parking in a large plaza with lots of other similar shops to hop to. They are COVID conscious & have a staff member at the front ready to greet you with the reminder to sanitize.

This store has a wide selection to fit all your home decorating ideas. Staff is friendly and service is great. They also have a 30-day return policy which impressed me. I also like their wide selection of pictures. It was nice to see a wide selection of colorful face masks for children and adults during Covid-19. Priced at 4 for 20.00 or 5.95 each.
Great selection of furniture and home decor. High end and a little on the pricey side but worth it. Good size store. Furniture, decor, lights, curtains, and more. Large parking lot
The worst customer service ever!!! You have to wait about 2 hours to can talk to a customer service.... please higher more personal there!! Lack of communication.... and professionalism!
Super helpful and considerate staff! We were looking for a picture and after we decided and purchased it we realized that it was passed closing time. Not at any point did they pressure or push us to leave the store. This is how customer service should be!

I was loving this bouclair, great staff The other day since COVID19 they were doing curbside pickup or you could have delivery for 4.99 I went for curbside it went well I re ordered again, going for curbside again Was called back when order arrived and was informed that they had cancelled the curbside pickup For me to call back give them a credit card number so they could charge me 4.99 to deliver it. (If I had wanted delivery I would have ordered that service). I then called head office, 40 minutes on hold mean time I sourced out sheets from linen chest (gta stores) ordered and free delivery after 49.99 proceeded to bouclair website and cancelled my order Next day Waterloo bouclair called I told him I had cancelled online and why, He was very nice, but for me customer service is key to retail businesses So
