Absolutely the best butcher in town! Fantastic quality. Fantastic service. Staff is unbelievable Unique products like coffee and beer sausages, flatten chicken .... Wagyu beef, lam from UK Phenomenal. You are always treated as part of the family I would not buy my meat anywhere else!

I'm having a hard time not giving them a full 5 stars. The meat i get from them is fantastic, but I've been given the runaround on multiple occasions as to availability of certain cuts. When I call and ask if there is something available and it's not I'm told they can't put something aside for me for the following day when it is to arrive and to just show up in the afternoon. When I show up, I'm told it's not there and to call first, they'll set some aside. Plenty coming later before close. The next day when I call they say they're sold out. Why was I not given a chance to order when in the store? Or when i called the first or even second time? Even your website offers orders by phone and by web form. Sadly taking my smoking, curing and BBQ needs to a butcher shop that understands customer service. Good, locally sourced meat products are not exclusive to this butcher shop.
