This place is wonderful with pets and parents!! They did what ever was necessary to help me give my dog Precious the best care... RIP!! I'll be back with another pet when its time to get one!

The staff at Buck Animal Hospital have been so helpful. When my cat became suddenly sick, they were able to find time to see her on a Friday night. (The clinic was entirely closed by the time the vet was finished examining her.) And both in person and on the phone, I never felt like the vet was rushing me. She discussed all my options and helped me make an informed decision about my cat's care. I am very thankful their patience and care.
I have gone here for years. They are professional and nice and compassionate. I have had no problems with them.

I recently had my first experience with this veterinary clinic. My cat Mason had a blocked bladder and they were one clinic that took us in as an emergency. I was impressed by the amount of communication they have with you. During Mason's stay I would get multiple follow-ups from the vets. I was very concerned and would call to follow up, most of the front desk staff were lovely and understanding. Unfortunately I had to make the tough decision that we all hate making. Mason wasn't getting better, blocked bladder was only a side effect of something much more serious and euthanasia was the most humane option. The vet was wonderful, caring and affirmed my choice. I notice the little details even in a moment of pure heartbreak...the vet was petting Mason as he passed to the other side. Thank you for treating him with such dignity and respect. Rest in peace my sweet boy.
