Hood paint issue Mechanic Patrick pointed the issue out and arranged for the body shop to look at the issue. Repairs were scheduled, vehicle was dropped off and returned as planned, even after I asked for a last minute oil change. Thanks to Patrick for noticing the issues and starting the process and to Tom for making it all work on time. A great team effort..

We were shopping for a truck to pull our trailer. Brad Hoffman was very easy to work with. He made our buying experience easy and ensured we were happy before we drove away in our brand new Dodge Ram. We are thrilled with our new truck. Thank you Brad for answering our questions! A poor experience. Took truck in for service. Service consultants were nice, professional and courteous but the service process and communication were poor. I'm happy to elaborate further if anyone cares but i will not be back.
So i have just purchased a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from Bustard Chrysler. I dealt with my sale consultant Eric Macrae ,and i have to say it was a pleasure dealing with him from the moment i started looking for a vehicle. Eric was polite and quick to get back to me with any questions i had about the vehicle. In the Sales Department, Eric Mcrae and Chetna were very helpful in my securing a replacement vehicle. I went in at 9am and they were able to get Financing and have the vehicle road ready by 5pm.
Dont deal with dean koebel, the guy is pushy and will always tell you that you have to work around there schedule. Sent van in for a service and instead of a shuttle or loaner vehicle(covered by my plan) he makes me late for work or forced to take the day off.
