Terrible service. I was in not too long ago and I had no one helping me and I was looking at shoes for a good 20 minutes. I’ve had one good experience here with a girl who had purple hair a couple months ago so I was expecting the same great service going in. I was very wrong. Extremely disappointed. Store is going down hill don’t recommend.

Great shoes and great prices. Wait for the sales because most things end up going on sale. I wont take off a star for staff attitude because the shoes themselves and prices are great. But, some staff can work on their attitude and obvious annoyance on their faces.
Don't know the employees name but she's an older lady with burnt orange or faded red hair, not sure what the colour would be described as but she should most definitely get that mess fixed. She has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude. If you're miserable with your life, there's no need to put your horrible attitude onto others. Go get another job if customer service is not your forte. I will never be shopping at this location again which is too bad because the male (who has black hair) and another female employee (also has black hair) were extremely kind. Just takes one bad apple to ruin the bunch. I am going to assume a lot of customers have left the store due to this ladies repulsive stance.
Great styles at competitive prices; but, what really stood out to me about this store is the customer service. Marcelo was amazing. I had a problem with my shoes that involved a defect but I didn't have my receipt. He went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved and I was extremely satisfied with the result and the way I was treated. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. I will definitely be purchasing from this store again!
Had a terrible experience at this location trying to return an online order. The girl at the desk was rude, short with me and visibly annoyed that I was returning a product instead of buying. I asked her for her name after she informed me that I couldn't get my money back on the card that I had paid for them with and she refused. I get that people have bad days but seriously put a smile on your face and work a little harder at being respectful.
Poor customer service all around at this store. While I love the shoes, all the ladies that work here are always annoyed, for some reason and would much rather be chit chatting amongst themselves.
An absolutely horrible experience returning an online purchase. I didn’t get the full amount back because it was a buy one get one 70% off. I suggested I’d buy something else in the store at the same price so it wouldn’t interrupt the deal and the sales associate was the rudest person and should not be working in sales. She said your not getting it, your still returning them. I said well how much will I get back and she said I’m not a calculator! I couldn’t believe. I will NEVER by a pair of shoes from there again.
