I was very well served by the crew at Canada Computers Waterloo! They did an awesome job! However, I can't recommend the online store. If you buy at their website, choose the Waterloo store and pick it up there.

All orders have been place by everyone in line. Everyone has the notifications to come and pick up their items that the store said are ready for pick up. Why making us wait in line for hours???? Why does the staff is not taking care of the persons waiting outside with negative temperatures and snowing??? This is just ridiculous, I’ve been to multiple locations of Canada computers across the GTA the last couple of days and and never seen anything like this! No I don’t blame COVID, I blame the staff and the management!

I've called multiple times over in the past week. Each call has been between the hours of 12 PM and 6 PM, which are well within the store hours. I've been met with a busy tone every single time. Sometimes it rings for a full 2 minutes just to boot me off. There isn't a message or anything. They really need to get a better calling system.

Really smooth service! Gave good recommendations. Figured out a gaming PC build. Did go over budget, but it's alright. Had good precautions for covid situation. Stock of video cards was limited, but that's just due to holiday sales, so not their fault. Overall a very good visit. I always recommend this store for buying electronics.
