Fantastic doctors and staff. We have a dog so can only speak for my experience with a large dog at this place. They love your pets just like they would, for their own. A tremendous amount of care and personal attention to you and your pet. I highly recommend their services to any dog owner.

Carriage Crossing is the best vet in the area! We recently switched over from a vet in Kitchener and I have been beyond impressed with the care, love and professionalism given from Dr Ashby and team. Our previous vet spent 5-10 minutes looking at our pup and prescribing costly medicines that may or may not have helped. Dr Ashby has spent multiple hours treating our pup and listening to us and answering our questions so we feel informed and in control of the issues and treatment plans. Moreover following each visit we get an email health card outlining what was discussed and tracking our dog's progress. Dr Ashby is clearly passionate and dedicated to animal health and I 100% trust her for the well being of our furbaby. I wholeheartedly recommend this vet for anyone looking for quality care for your animal.
The staff are so sweet-- both to the patient and the parents. They are very knowledgeable, patient, and share their knowledge readily. Dr Ashby is really thorough and isn't afraid to tell you like it is, for the safety and health of your pet. 10/10 would and have recommended.
Avoid this vet. It’s a short walk away from us and would’ve been super convenient but not worth the horrible service and pushy attitude. Our pup whined the entire time we were there. The vet was pushy, had horrible bedside manners, and blamed our dog for not listening and whining. They lectured us on the importance of healthy eating habits and tried to push their products/services on us, yet they were throwing pellet treats at our pup like there was no tomorrow ... way more than we’d give her in a day. We ended up taking our pup elsewhere and it was night and day — well worth the drive to see a caring professional who is able to control our pup with her voice and gestures and minimal treats . Good vets give you advice on how to care for your dog, NOT make you feel bad about being a dog-parent when you question her about the necessity of the services she’s trying to sell. I have heard similar experiences from our neighbours.
We can’t say enough about Dr Ashby and her team. She is definitely in a league of her own. There simply is no better care available anywhere. Dr Ashby is the gold standard in Vet care for pets.
Absolutely wonderful place with a great staff. I have been taking my cat here for 6 months or so and they have been very professional and helpful.
Dr. Ashby was fantastic with seeing my dog on a semi-emergency situation. Her gentle manner and fear free approach really helped my dog stay calm. My dog didn't even flinch during what could have been a painful situation and left the clinic with her tail wagging. I would highly recommend Carriage Crossing Animal Hospital.
I dropped by on my way home today and met the Dentist. Her staff had a already left for the day. She was wonderful took the time to chat with me and asked lots of questions to get me ready to go see her on Tuesday. We will have a one hour appt. so we can review my needs and wants as far as she is concerned and what I think I will may need.
