One of their employees, Mark, lives in my building across the hall - they absolutely refuse to wear a mask in common areas and hallways. Not a good reflection on the company. I would definitely urge people to consider carefully who they give their money to. Someone who has absolutely no regard for the safety or general respect of their neighbours is an obvious no in my books.
Scott is knowledgeable and courteous. He responds to emails in a timely manner and can quote on work without you even realizing he was there. The quality of CertaPro's work speaks for itself and their long time in business should not be taken for granted. This is a clear sign of a professional company with caring quality painters. I would use them in a heartbeat.
