They are professional and well-trained, able to assist with the diverse needs of their residents. They have ensured the seamless transition of many of our clients from their own home to this new accommodation. They are equipped with every amenity and promise to continue a safe and elevated quality of living for those who choose this to be there new home. One of nicest retirement communities in the region, with very attentive staff, and a warm homey atmosphere. Their attention to detail is exceptional, from the upkeep of the building to the care and service to the residents, and everything in between. Brenda and her team go over and above to provide a first class experience for all residents and visitors. A top notch location, highly recommended!

Clair Hills is very welcoming from the first time you walk in the door. Staff are all very friendly and when I did my tour I noticed staff were greeting residents by name and asking questions that made it clear they knew and cared about WHO each resident is, and that even when engaged in other duties (giving me the tour), the residents remained a priority. The home itself is gorgeous, with really comfortable and well-thought out design and up-to- date colours and style. Lots of amenities are available including a pool, hair salon, movie theatre, greenhouse and large communal spaces. There is a really nice , large room with a kitchen in it that would be perfect for hosting a big family dinner.

I have spend a lovely 4 years here at Clair Hills. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, when my husband passed away they were all so kind and considerate. Walking in the front doors feels like home when I come back in after my daily walks. I am happy to say that I feel safe, and comfortable here. The food is tasty too and is more than adequate, the housekeepers also do a great job cleaning my suite. I would absolutely recommend moving to Clair Hills.

My mother has been in the Clair Hills Chartwell retirement residence and she loves it there. She has many physical needs and despite the challenges her care brings, the staff and management are able to deal with it through all of this. They have also provided medical support with an on-site physician which helped when we moved my mother from another city. They are managing the home very well during the COVID pandemic. I am so grateful my mother is safe and happy. They do take the extra time and are accommodating to my mother’s needs as well as the family. I knew all of this before my mother arrived , but now I am even more certain of their determination to keep their residents happy, comfortable and safe all at the same time. Much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this facility.
