Very knowledgeable and helpful people. I enjoyed going into the store so that I could talk wood with them as I am a beginner. They explained things to me and helped me pick out the tools I needed without any pressure. I was able to complete some projects and have been back several times. They are very personable and kind.

I had a need for a small power tool to clean up carvings from a CNC and I was just about to purchase a Foredom SR power carver when I spoke to Cindy. She advised me to pursue a micromotor kit, as it was more suited to the application I had. She was right on the money! The advice I got here, resulted in not only the purchase of a great product - the Foredom 1060, but the RIGHT product - exactly what I needed. I cleaned up all the carving detail in the sign pictured (before finishing) as my first time using the tool, in no time, with no loss of detail. Thanks Cindy.
