Orthodox was always a foreign concept for me. Then, I was brought to this fully English speaking parish. The married priest has a kind, 'shepherding', human & humourous, caring style. The services intrigue each 5 senses so engagingly. The people from all cultures & ages & walks of life are welcoming & made me feel at ease & \home\.

Although parking is poor the church provides christian orthodox services during the week and weekends in the english language. The priest has a good singing voice and the services go back to the time of st john chrysostom and st basil. Once there for many services the protestant need for an organ is almost forgotten. Only orthodox can have christs body and blood in the holy sacrament
