I was completely shocked with how good this place was and I was even more shocked when I received the bill. I had probably one of the best steaks I have ever had with a great salad a pitcher of beer and another meal for my friend and it was under 60. This place is worth checking out for sure. I will be back there’s no question. Good news it is just down the street from my house.

Visited Chucks Roadhouse Waterloo last night for the 1st and was very impressed! The beer was nice and cold and on Thursday a pitcher is 7.00! The food was tasty! My wife and daughter order nacho and shared them and cheese sticks and we ordered garlic bread which was also tasty! I also had a bacon cheese burger which was tasty! Overall we were very impressed with the restaurant and the restaurant was clean and it was busy! They only opened last Friday and I think they are going to do very well at this location!!!

I grabbed lunch with my elderly grandparents here yesterday. As we were walking in, the bar manager’s demeanour was immediately rude in my opinion, and not welcoming at all. There was some confusion about where we could sit, and I could tell the woman was growing impatient and frustrated with us because my elderly grandparents cannot sit at a high table. She also proceeded to make comments about how we should have called ahead- which makes no sense as Chucks does not take reservations. She also told us about how many people they had to turn away (that showed up after us) because only 10 individuals in the restaurant at any time. She made me and my grandparents feel as though we were an inconvenience, even though we were paying customers. Overall the fish and chips that I received was really good. This would have been a 4.5 star experience if not for that waitresses attitude towards myself and my grandparents. I will likely not be returning due to how she made me feel. I would recommend a training course for her- in my opinion emotional intelligence is of great importance in the restaurant industry, however hers seems to be lacking.

The food and serve was pretty good for the price that is paid. The food quality is nothing crazy and out of this world, but is very good value for the low cost. The food took a bit long to come out (20 minutes), but nothing too bad. For what I got, which was lobster and steak for 20, the value was really good

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming when first walked in. Staff were polite. Unfortunately the food was not anything amazing. We waited our whole meal for the garlic bread appetizer meant for our 8 month old. When it came it was super soft and doughy. We had to ask for tartar sauce for the fish and butter for the lobster tail. The steak ordered was medium and got medium well. The cob of corn was burnt and mushy. Our 3 year old barely touched the food, as well as our 8 month old crazy good eater. But the space is decently laid out and nice.

Need to have an Estimated Wait Time for curb side ordering. Order showed 30 minute wait time but in reality it was 90 minutes due to the volume of orders. I had no option but to wait as I had to pay in advance. You can do better Chuck’s!

Received conformation that food would be ready for pick up at 6:05pm. Waited in the parking lot for 50 minutes before the food was finally "ready". Got home (5 min drive) all meals were cold. Hamburger buns were stale and smelled of fish. 2 of the meals ordered could not be eaten. I understand there may be delays with Covid protocols and such, but 50 minutes with no communication, and than to have the food as gross as it was, was a very disappointing experience.
