If I could rate negative stars, I would. My street has not been plowed in days, and is basically a death trap after the few days of heavy snow fall. There is now a massive mound of snow and ice which the residents on the street can not get past, and therefor have to remove themselves just to get off the street safely. I'm not sure what these plows are being paid for if not to plow the streets for the safety of the community. I am extremely unimpressed, especially since the office is closed on weekends as if it only snows on week days. The city of Waterloo needs to get it together.
